If you work in healthcare (nurse, EMT, dental assistant, etc.), you’ll need BLS for Healthcare Providers. If you’re a teacher, coach, daycare worker, or just want CPR for everyday situations, go with Heartsaver® CPR AED & First Aid. For families or non-professional learners, Friends & Family CPR is a great non-certification option.

Yes! For BLS, Heartsaver®, and HeartCode® Skills Sessions, you’ll receive an official American Heart Association eCard, valid for 2 years. Friends & Family CPR is educational only—no certification is issued.

Yes! We specialize in on-site training for workplaces, schools, daycares, and organizations. Group rates and flexible scheduling are available.

Yes! All of our classes include CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants unless otherwise requested.

We offer training at our location or yours! Mobile, on-site training is available for groups. We also host public classes in Richmond, VA

• BLS and Heartsaver®: Yes, there is a short written test and a hands-on skills assessment.
• HeartCode® Skills Session: Skills assessment only (no written test—this is done online).
• Friends & Family CPR: No test—just learning! -
HeartCode® is a blended learning course. You complete the online portion through the AHA, then schedule a hands-on skills session with us to earn your certification.

Wear comfortable clothes—you’ll be practicing CPR on the floor. You don’t need to bring anything; we provide all materials and equipment.
