Connected Hands CPR & Training – Attendance & Scheduling Policy

  • • You may reschedule once at no additional cost if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled class.

    • Exception: Documented COVID-19 exposure may allow short-notice rescheduling without penalty.

    • Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a $25 service fee.

    • All rescheduled classes must be completed within 60 days of your original course date.

    • Payment for courses is non-refundable, but our flexible rescheduling options ensure you can complete your training when it works for you.

  • • Please arrive 5–15 minutes early for check-in and preparation.

    • Late arrivals or individuals without required materials cannot be admitted, in accordance with American Heart Association attendance policies.

    • Full attendance is mandatory—partial participation will not be accepted for certification.

  • • Be sure to verify with your employer or organization which certification you need before registering.

    • CPR and First Aid requirements vary widely depending on industry, role, and state.

  • • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to severe weather, low enrollment, instructor emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • In these rare cases, we will work with you to reschedule your training at your convenience.
